COLOR RELIEFS

This artwork is produced after an order has been placed. Depending on the respective artwork, the print is produced by the artist or by an external print service provider. The printing method, paper or other material, format, border and other product-specific features are stated on the respective product page.

AI ARTWORKS are offered exclusively as Limited Editions. Each AI ARTWORK includes an original Certificate of Authenticity, is individually numbered and is hand-signed by the artist FROOSTY® – Christian Kernchen. The exact edition size and the product-specific edition details are stated on the respective product page.

FROOSTY® is usually integrated into the artwork as the artist name and trademark. This artwork marking is separate from the handwritten artist signature.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the respective product description, AI ARTWORKS are supplied unframed and unmounted. Product images, mockups and room views are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours, scale, surface appearance, paper texture and the appearance of the physical artwork may differ from their representation on screens. This information does not limit any mandatory statutory rights, including statutory rights in the event of defects.

For questions regarding available sizes, format variations or other product-specific options, please contact us at contact@froosty.ai.

Each artwork is individually produced, prepared or printed after an order has been placed. Processing and delivery times may therefore vary depending on the selected format, production requirements, destination and shipping service provider.

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days in distance contracts, provided that no statutory exclusion applies. Production or printing after receipt of an order does not by itself exclude this right.

Further information about production times, shipping, delivery, international shipments, customs charges and transport damage can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Information about withdrawal, returns, complaints, damaged or defective products and refunds can be found in our Refund, Withdrawal & Complaint Information.
